Deciphering when I began to feel passion for culinary art does not take me long because I remember how from a very early age my mother ADAGILSA PORTES introduced me to the world of smells, colors and flavors as her personal assistant.
After learning the delicious recipes from my mother and when I finished high school it was when I decided that my thing was hospitality and food, it was then that I enrolled for a career in hotel management with a specialty in Food and Beverages. Since then there have been many pages and hours of preparation that I have taken and many hours shared between my kitchen and myself.
